There's more than a dozen used ABS modules for a 2012 Raptor on eBay. If you just need to bolt up one, it's a messy job but at least the parts are available.

That slight difference is typical, due to driver weight & fuel tank location both on the D-side.

So 37's on the oem 34mm offset will clear, short of hucking it like this guy did?

I love that front bumper/light setup. What is your wheel offset compared to stock? I'd consider 37's (if I ever finish my truck), especially if they will fit w/o dealing with clearance issues.

Was there enough Cera-goo in the box to do both front liners?

In the past you could get away with shoddy parts, but today if a company tries to sell you expensive junk for expensive vehicles in a niche market, it won't end well.

I bet they asked what color the truck is too. To be honest, the difference between your driving styles, suspension and tire choices, & the load you carry; is more important than whether it's a SCAB or SCREW.
