This has happened to my speaker wire, but I can easily see the door wire doing the same thing (same spot). It's simple wear from opening and closing cause the wire to bend and break over time.

As of now I've had this issue with the rear driver's side door and the front passenger door. Replaced both actuators myself and problem has not come back.

Well, I have the whole setup for it, but I've never touched mine other than rebuilds. I'm about 99% confident nitrogen doesn't go bad. Obviously gas/oil gets purged and refilled during rebuilds, but that's it. If you have issues I think you need a rebuild. Otherwise, send it.

Sounds like the pump to me, been there, done that twice. The last time was two months ago. I'm at 115K on a 2012. First was somewhere in the 30K range. I put in an inline cooler this last time.

Sounds like IC to me, that's where the coolant could transfer into the air flow. Crack? Gasket? I don't know how you would know until you got in there. To be clear, IC, not heat exchanger. Folks frequently mix them up.

Maybe I'm missing something, but doesn't this mean the coolant is entering with the air and through the cylinders? Does this terrify everyone else as much as it does me?
