Pulling the weight is not the issue at all - the motor is stronger than the regular F150’s which can tow around 11,000 lbs if I’m not mistaken.
The only issue is the soft rear springs on the Raptors. Just get it dialed with WDH like u mentioned. You’ll probably need the Timbrens and/or another...
Before making judgments on how the QJ doesn’t look beefy enough to handle the weight of a Raptor. Go to their website and watch the videos of them loading 20,000 + pounds on it and not even phasing it. The QJ is from Bendpak, a very reputable company in the auto lift field
The sources I heard this from didn't elaborate - but tightening the suspension bolts while the truck is at ride height is standard procedure no matter what components. It was an issue with the shackles being longer affecting the action of the springs.
Hey guys - I have heard from a couple different sources not to run the 2" longer shackles, because it will cause binding.
Yet, I would prefer to get higher arched leaf springs to allow for more droop, and therefore more travel (Using longer shocks of course) Ideally I would like to run the...
There are so many posts on here and I admit to being a little confused. I think some of it is due to there being different factory radios and therefore different requirements to upgrade.
Let me see if I understand this correctly. My truck is a '19 with the BO stereo
Run Morel Ultra component...
If you are concerned about theft, not just someone breaking in, I highly recommend the Ravelco system. With that installed, about the only way to steal your truck is to tow it away.

trim your pinch welds, install +2 fiberglass fenders. The fenders/liners will run about $1K. You can install yourself, or pay $500 for install. Paint will run you another $500 or so. So about $2K total for the fenders. Trimming the pinchwelds can be as easy as cutting some slits every inch or...
I am in exactly the same decision making process as you. I want the fenders for sure to help clear 37's. If I can get away without bedsides I will - that's some major truck surgery there. I am fairly good with installs - have done spoilers, wings, suspension, motor stuff, etc myself for decades...
Not really. Protection is extremely minimal. The wrap is very fragile - doesn't hold up well to bug/bird crap, scratches, etc. Ok for a vehicle that's garaged all the time. If ur vehicle is out in the sun you might have a year or so until it goes bad and will be VERY hard to remove, and will...
The point is Steve, it gives them a super easy way to just void your warranty. Then u have to take them to court. Massive uphill battle that will be very expensive to fight
this is exactly why Whipple and Roush have a Warranty with their tunes. They KNOW the tune will void your warranty. And...
Hey guys is this new?? I've been looking at bolt on bumpers for the past month and definitely don't remember seeing this. Looks really good. Very similar to the ADD Pro Bolt On, except I actually like the laser cut skid plate with the vents for the intercooler better on this one.
Thanks guys. Good info
Badger - that's a very interesting idea. Pricey like you say. I'm also wondering if you did that, drove for a year, had a problem, switched the stock computers back in, - wouldn't the dealer look and see it showing the truck "wasn't driven" for a whole year??? I'm sure...
I have been doing some research in an attempt to find a way to increase the performance of my truck. Ideally it would be something that wouldn't void my factory and extended warranty. With the cam phazer and other issues, I really want to keep my warranty.
The DTE Powerboost Control Module and...
