    How many miles can I expect to get from a 2018 Raptor?

    Phasers are $3-4k repair, if they're needed at all. My 18 has 111k+ currently. Both CV axles, phasers and driver side valve cover are only non-maintenance work it's needed. Order new oem shocks from rock auto ($2k) or get the existing rebuilt, they make a huge difference

    Forward Collision Warning fault?

    I get this warning while driving in heavy rain, which I experienced today coming up through georgia. It's happened 2-3 times that i can recall. Don't use/like adaptive cruise so it's not used often but it worked fine in the rain while a highway patrol paced me.

    2017 Raptor Exhaust Muffler Noise

    The Borla systems comes with an X pipe and the muffler. So everything between downpipes and tail pipes after muffler. I added the borla resonator as I didn’t like the X pipe sound. It sounds really good now. I have seen factory resonator used with borla muffler as well, search this site.

    2017 Raptor Exhaust Muffler Noise

    My 2018 OEM muffler had a baffle break loose in it. Was told by dealer that it's not uncommon, and wasn't covered by warranty. Replaced with a borla s-type and resonator 60k ago and have been very happy with it.

    I'm at 105k, with a pan drop and filter at 95k. Way I see it, a new trans and/or motor is still cheaper than the depreciation of driving a new one off the lot.     That’s pretty much my line of thinking. Factor in that the stock radiator and trans cooler were subjected to the same value engineering as the intercooler and it’s hard to imagine how cooling couldn’t be improved.

    Find an independent installer. I had a OEM soundscreen windshield installed for $480. No calibration needed (verified on 1600mi roadtrip), intaller says that a BS CYA invoice padding charge.     Drove it 13hrs from MA to NC following my sons graduation. Raptor made quick work over the 3rd world northeast roads allowing me to gap traffic and trucks easily. I've added 3k miles this month since rolling over 100k, such a joy to drive.

    Loose at high speeds

    My truck was feeling loose at speed too. New ball joints in UCAs eliminated that. It tracks like its on rails again now.

    Installed new plugs, boots and FP oil/air separator.

    99k. Only recently became noticeable and improvement was significant. Used Duralast Gold balljoints, which are servicable. UCA bushings were fine/no play. Don't need to replace entire assembly.

    Forgot, also replaced ball joints in both UCAs. With the recent new OEM shocks the truck is driving like new again.

    Spicer rear diff cover, new fluids in front/rear diffs and transfer case, new filter and fluid in tranny. Also serviced the transmission.
