At this point...R's will be hard to find since they will be a "rare" truck. A lot of dealers will take a deposit saying they have a allocation but don't. It will be hard to find one at msrp and a lot will charge 10k plus.
I will probably have to adjust the back end or something over the weekend. At this point I will take off the weather seal in the back since there is no point and see if that will make a difference
They probably would have a decent mark-up in that area. I found a brand new one that came off the transport 2 days before I bought it and they were asking 97k plus TTL. I was like hell no!! I said I have a trade-in and ill finance with yall and paid 5k adm but the adm was dealer-addons like...
I installed my BakFlip MX4 and have water coming from the back side of the bed where you install the weather striping. When I looked, it was soaking wet and doesn't really stick anymore. Is this user error or is something common?
Dealer filled with 87 and was getting 14-15...Filling up my second tank with 93, I got around the same. I don't even notice a difference in MPG's. Im not worried about gas since my gas is free anyways.
Update*** took it in for repairs...the active shutter grill brackets were broken and small other brackets behind the bumper were bent. I guess it was more than just the bumper
Only thing that sucks is the rattle from the front driver and passenger side speakers. Comes from the DCU module. Just need to take it in and have ford put more padding behind the module. One of the members here posted this...
Hopefully, you have an allocation! If not, you will be waiting forever! Every dealer tells you that you have allocation but you never do! I placed my order in Dec 21 but found one 2 weeks ago at a very good deal!
Got mine two weeks ago and silver looks way better in person than pictures! Originally ordered a Rapid Red but I don't think that will ever get built so found one locally.
He probably means if you missed a spot on the truck somewhere, you can't really tell compared to AMB, black, or any dark color truck. Also, you have really have to worry about swirl marks. I believe that is what he mean't.
Most of yall Jan orders will not get a truck and allocations for MY23 will be also reduced! So might as well go find one on autotrader if yall can at a great price. It's the sad truth but is what it is....
Ford knows about this issues and it's the shock absorbers. Once everything is figured out, they will send a letter. This info was released pretty recently.
9 days into ownership, some old dude was at a gas pump and he forgot to either put his truck in park or had it in neutral and rolled 60 feet and hit my car. What are the odds!?! Glad it wasn't that much but will need a new bumper, tow hook, and a new silver trim above the bumper. Now...it...
If you are really worried about salt or other chems getting in their...clean it once a month or whatever you like. They are not hard to remove or install.
My dealer who I ordered from and put down a $1000 deposit said I had an allocation but 7 months in...nothing! Im glad I got my deposit back! Found a new Raptor on Autotrader that came in the dealer and bought it the next day at a great price!
no, you slide them in (that what she said). The tough part is getting the edges to go in the wheel well. Might need a prying tool for some areas. Not sure about others ppls experience.
