Our ICON spring pack will offer the ability to be configured to 3 different rates that will be further defined later this week. The spring pack will have a "heavy duty" configuration available (all parts will be provided when purchasing the ICON spring pack to do this).
What I mentioned in...
Dylan and I towed a 26' trailer (using load leveling assist bars) from CA > TRR in Texas > Easter Jeep in Moab, UT > back to CA without an issue. Road great, held the weight, and after the 3k mile trip springs kept their original starting height.
Nice....glad it's all working out. Ya there is some big travel numbers I hear from some of those kits, so that will be a tough decision. So far all the testing done on our new rear kit (15" of travel with additional up travel over stock) is working out well.

The bummer is that you did not take our no charge offer to tune the shocks and test it after, pretty sure we could have made some adjustments that would changed your thoughts. We have to have a standard for what works in our customer base to sell off the shelf, from there they can be adjusted...
The reason is you can not package a dual rate coil to perform properly and get the required travel, well on the ICON shock anyway.

We use an ICON engineered spring that is produced by Eibach.
This information was updated due certain factory wheels hitting due to high offset, tire size, and alignment. Bottom line is it was a tight fit to begin with but we chose to take the safe route and mark them as they do not fit with the stock wheels. What you are reading here is from 2012, our...
The frame on your truck is improved over that older issue but not going to hurt considering the price. The bending occurs mainly when you are smashing the bumpstops bottoming out the truck.
We have personally installed a kit on a 2013 and did not have any issues. Yes it is a tight fit, but if loose it would not do its job. Bottom line is we are behind you and stand behind the products 100%. If you were to have some type of major issue Dylan, Kris, & Myself will be there to support...

Here is a link to the product on our website with MSRP pricing. Get with an ICON vendor here on the forum who can help you with everything and get you a price shipped to your door.

Measurements should always be center hub to fender lip so the different tires and wear levels of the said tire is not part of the equation. After market fenders can affect any measurement so that needs to be noted if installed.
All good, none taken.....you guys are what we build products for and we found something to work on to see if there is a way to not rip the rubber flap when pinched between the ground and truck should that happen. There may or may not be a viable solution but we know about it at least.
Well I believe that happened because the underside of trucks were be drug over humps with rutted out tracks and they got caught between the truck and the ground. Tough to defend that situation but trust me I brought it up in last week's meeting and is being looked at. Not sure there is anything...
Our Mid Flap is def a great option to add some protection and they literally come on and off in about 5 seconds per side once the main bracket is installed. When off the brackets are completly hidden up underneath and out of sight.
Something you can try on those bypass tubes for your next run...
