after i go offroad i use an air gun to blow dust off then some teflon lube spay. sometimes they squeek at you if their too dry and have a decent amount of dust in them but it also isnt hard to get them replaced.
i just went down and made the switch after having the 5 star for about a year and im very happy with it. the shifting is a lot smoother and every time i floor it it doesnt feel like my trans is going to fall out
an easy way for towing considering if you have aftermarket bumpstops, couldn't you get the 4 inch stroke long ones for towing and pump the psi up to 400?
thats how the aftermarket ones are, they just tie into the line of the factory one once you remove it and if the trans gets hot a lot and easily, try swapping the fluid too i did that and a trans cooler and havnt had an issue.
is the lift kit 4 all around i was under the impression that lift kits are level like the front is a 4 inch lift and the back is a 2 inch lift to get rid of the nose dive in the front. so its almost like top perch in the front and deavers +3 in the rear?
I have a 2010 raptor with the 6.2 and the dial was always in the middle for pressure and now its constantly higher than average not too high but its almost 3/4 of the dial. I wish the guage was better on the 2010 with psi but it just has a needle. i have 60k miles and Im wondering if it should...
