Check the battery voltage with a voltage meter in the morning after the truck has sat overnight. That’ll give you a ballpark idea as to battery health. Check battery cables for tightness while you have the hood up.
Another “could be”, make sure to take your foot completely off the gas pedal when using the engine brake. We used to call this a “lazy foot”.
FTO’s explanation is right on, if the throttle butterfly stays open on decel it’ll cause a pop from unburnt gas reaching the hot exhaust.
Have fun!
Here’s an exploded view with part numbers.

Call these guys up to confirm parts for your truck.
I recommend just the cleaning and then new Ford wiper blades.
Rain-Ex has pros and cons. Might be good for highway/pavement. My Raptor is in full time dust, so the Rain-Ex would make a streaky, chattery mess.
Take out one of the bolts holding the subwoofer and see if it fits the amp hold down. If it fits, take it to a real hardware store and get a replacement.
If the bolt doesn’t fit, you will at least know if you need to larger or smaller sized bolt.
Consider using some blue LocTite.
Best of luck.
After the reprogram for cam phaser rattle the Raptor shifts smooth in sport mode, like a circa 1980’s Towncar...the ones with that huge trunk.
Took the Raptor from stopped to low triple digits this am….smooth:) Might be coincidental, might be real. I’ll report back either way. Heading down to...
I’ve been using these for many years with good success. My first purchase was prompted by some rat damage to my 93 F250.

Don’t know what mileage the 37’s are supposed to get. Maybe a bit less than 35’s?
Reality is usually 1 mpg less than what the computer says. If you do the math, 11.5 times 36 gallons is pretty much right at 415 miles for the tank.
Let us know what actual mpg is after a few more tank fulls...
Not certain if this helps with a Gen 1.
I had bad diodes in an alternator in my 93 F250. The battery drained every day. Worked great after I replaced the alternator.
These drain issues are hard to track.
Cody. There are a number of threads on the forum that show some slick installs. I did a quick search and came up with this:

Here’s one that shows excellent workmanship...
Bummer on the sunroof. From your explanation, the culprit is most likely broken plastic pieces of the track. This happened to my 2018 while it was under warranty so I took it to the dealer who replaced the broken track.
You can likely get the parts and replace yourself, or bite the bullet and...
My simple understanding. Electrical circuits get derated for length and heat. And length actually causes heat. Go figure.
Length - think of length as adding drag to the flow of electrons. With too long of a wire you could actually have little to no electrons flowing. You can defeat this by...
Took TASCA several months this summer to get me a trim part for my XC90. Communication was impossible. I finally sent them an email asking where the part was and to my surprise, it arrived that week.
In the past TASCA was simply rude on the phone, no big deal. Now they do not take calls.
The...
My ‘18 is outdoors full time. I had a full xpel wrap done when new and use a windshield sunscreen.
Sun in the interior seems to be the killer. Keep the sun out and your truck should be AOK.
Best of luck
