update Here are some pics of the finished bumper with the bed cut to match. Reworked the fit of the outside bends and it came out perfect. Just need to finish the hitch and its ready

reuse the factory support bracket on the stock fender- it will locate it for you. Disconnect it behind the glove box to pull it out. I always put them back on

stock one is 400 complete. probly around 1600 for the custom rpg front

thats bs- they left something loose. Either the rack main bolts or the steering shaft. Mine had a rack done and the steering shaft was loose. its is in spec at 1.1. If you have alignment cams you can easily get it to .5 to .2 which is were I like to run it.

the frame is cut right above the lower mounting hole straight back. The hitch will be tucked behing the bumper and you will only see the reciever which is moving it up 3-4 inches. The bed cutting isnt manditory but if you want the look it should be cut.
