Pull and clean both MAP sensors. Without a catch can they WILL get covered in oil and mileage will degrade over time (mine did). Also do some calculations by hand, I found the built in meter to be quite optimistic.
They want it back, gonna push for a new engine this time. I keep the truck until it shows up. No way am I letting it set 2-3 months at their convenience.
I already had the cam phasers and timing system replaced at 24,000. Now at 28,000 miles I have this when the oil is cold. In gear, blipping the throttle to 1100 rpm. You can hear it the first ten or so minutes of driving, it’s oil temperature dependent. Fe (iron) is up on the latest 4,000...
You wouldn’t know mine was causing problems unless you turned Advanced Trac off and nailed it for a few gears. You had to be making good boost in order for the timing to rear it’s ugky head.
You’ll know when you have it. Set 4A, Stabilitrac OFF and nail it. Before you redline 3-4 shift you’ll get a knock event and the truck will go into limp mode, flashing CEL. This happens because the computer can’t place the valve overlap into the correct position and dynamic compression gets...
You guys won't believe this, but my Raptor has STOPPED rattling on start-up after extended sits. Even the timing chain noise during light throttle blips is gone.
I have no idea....
The rear monitor is WAY too bright when backing up with the rear camera on.
When you initially power the truck up you may have left the interior lights at full dim, but the monitor doesn’t start off there. You must first increase the overall brightness then decrease it in an order to get the...

They build these engines everyday, having to wait 7 weeks for parts doesn’t follow conventional logic. By getting everyone to wait a month or two for parts it discourages others from dropping their trucks off and inches the low mileage users closer towards the end of their warranty periods...
Haven’t YET developed a problem. Stopped by the dealer today, four Raptors and a 2018 in for phasers. Not a good sign.
