    seriously do what fox says and I believe they only advise an inch or so of lift, you lose droop travel when you go higher and you will experience extension clunk, i’m raised around 2.5” and i’ve only got just over 4” droop, also get limit straps

    all good points, the secondary is a longer stroke external bypass shock which does the heavy lifting while the coilover becomes semi redundant, the added benefit is reduced force on coil buckets that do fail, an increased width mid travel is way better use of money from an offroad perspective...

    exo is very professional, nice hotels and meals, you can drive fast or slow, exo has an entertainment guy… his only job is to feed you tequila and beer…. after the day’s driving. zoo road? not familiar… by the way the lead driver is in a gen3 stock rear coils with minor mods, shocks, bumpers...

    bumps are a last line of defence, a 4” stroke bump on your truck will be engaging after about 1 1/2” of compression, all that fancy live valve shock function will be wasted. get deavers first then a 2 1/2” stroke bump kit

    0 offset sticks out about 1 3/8” over stock, you’ll get more splash on your doors but the width effectively lengthens travel and you can find aftermarket wheels that are lighter than stock too

    Ok so you lost your droop travel with the springs and you have extension clunk, return to stock springs or get the foutz limit strap kit, get collars if you want the front higher

    it’s a bit tricky but look carefully at the pictures, gloves might save your hands on the fender liner but definitely don’t remove the wheel, if I did it anybody can!

    I think the spring (preload) problems are at full compression causing coil bucket failures so limit straps aren’t going to help that. collars are preferable to springs to avoid the issues apparently fwiw i’ve seen coil buckets fail with aftermarket coilovers, limit straps in the front prevent...

    he should have over 18” rear travel with his 3.5s and the front mid travel probably applies more leverage to those front shocks mounted inboard so a 3.5 secondary probably makes sense
