I think the days of buying a vehicle below MSRP is over. Ford is trying to be more like Tesla. The price is the price, with customers ordering a vehicle. Everybody pays the same price. That's Fords goal anyway, what the dealers try is a different story.
It just doesn't look like what I thought. The real stuff has a thickness and depth. In the Raptor it looks like a sticker. Not worth the money to me. The carbon fiber in my GT500.
I just ordered a 23 Raptor w/37 package but decided against the carbon fiber package. After looking at it in person it can't be real carbon fiber... (Maybe I'm wrong) I have the real stuff on my GT500 CFTP and the Raptor stuff looks noting like it.
Installed mine today also, it is a pain. Took my time and I used a plastic tire tool for my mountain bike to help get it into place. Worked great. I did have to make the hole on the driver side rear bigger to get that side to fit. Passenger side lined up perfect. They do look good.
Add another one.. Traded a 2012 FX4 and a 2010 GT500 + a little cash.. On the loan stuff, State farm insurance can offer pretty good rates. I checked with them on my Lincoln.
Works well. I drive about 34 miles one way to work with most of it freeway. I set the gap to the second setting. With the longer stopping distance of this truck I like to have a little more room to stop. I have a '17 Lincoln Mkz with the stop and go adaptive cruise. The Lincoln system is...
I understand. I have the Ford spray in liner and still went with this over it. It makes the bed floor flat and has some padding under it.

Too big for the garage?? I think some people don't realize how big the truck is and can't get it in the garage. I have had a number of people at cars and coffee look and my truck and say that they would get one if it would fit in the garage.
I agree! I live in the Columbus area and I couldn't get any of the local dealers to sell for MSRP. I ended up buying mine from a dealer in Wooster Ohio.
Looking at these pictures it appears that your damage is actually coming from the FRONT tires. It's not likely that something thrown out from the rear tire is going to curve inward. Most of the damage is where the fender starts to curve back towards the cab. That means the sand, rocks, or mud...
Wouldn't you know it, I checked mine and it is indeed off.. Like I said before I have seen and owned Mustangs with the same problem. Never affected how the vehicle drove or it's longevity. Annoying but not harmful.
Pretty common with solid axles. My 2010 GT500 had the same problem. On those cars you can buy an adjustable pan hard rod and pull the rear into alignment. I know it's not possible for us with our Raptor's, but it shows that we are not alone. As long as it tracks straight it's probably within...
It's was a cool car. I just never drove it. I owned it for 7 years and it had just over 9k miles. Not a good car to have with a family. I will use the Raptor.
Traded in my 2010 Shelby for a 17 Raptor. I have had nine different Mustangs and have always owned at least one for nearly 30 years. Love the Raptor so far.
