Nothing wrong with them. Just changing some things up. They're like new, never punctured and only off road once and mild off roading at that. I ordered another set of tires that will be here next week if someone wants to jump on these. Prefer local pick up. I am willing to ship these but it's...
My buddy works at Michelin/BFG here in Northern NV where their half million sq ft warehouse is and he said it'll be mid March before anyone sees the 35x12.50x17's. Are you pulling a Fast And Furious and robbing the semi's with all the demo's? Might explain why you give the name of the "shop" you...
Both tires he speaks of are load range E. And FYI tires no longer have 10 actual plys. They're have a "ply rating".

Lots of people run them. Don't try to figure out why toyos weigh what they do. You'll never figure out a reasonable explanation lol.

I personally have never seen a 20lb Method. The lightest I have seen is the new Roost which weighs 24.5lbs on our UPS scale. The 18" Mesh weighs 30lbs. The 17" Mesh weighs 26lbs. I'd guess the Roost will be the lightest they offer in an 18" but I haven't had any here yet so I don't know for sure.
Pretty sure they're chinese. I try to stay away from Chinese tires. I have had a few customers that insisted on getting them and all of the guys that got them that used them on rocks cut/popped them. Those that used them on majority pavement said they lasted forever.
Fair enough. Where are you located? If i were to send you a single cap with a call tag could you be so kind as to take a picture with it on the wheel and send it back with the tag provided? I really want to see what they look like on the Formula and I don't know anyone else that has them.
Out of every set I've ever tried, car or truck I always had an out of round tire/tires with a mean vibration. Eagle GT's for my G37, Duratracs on my old Tacoma and MT/R's from my buddies jeep. So as much as I like the idea of the Duratrac's weight and versatility I'll never own a set of...
32lbs for stock. 26lbs for method standards. With the toyo's thats 3lbs heavier than a stock wheel and tire. Roughly about the same with the coopers. And if you do duratracs it'll be much lighter than stock. I just don't like goodyears.
I'm liking my Toyo R/T's. They're 73lbs each. Paired with a lightweight wheel they can be the same weight as a stock setup. I like the look of the new KO2 and the lighter weight but they way the All Terrain tread pattern throws rocks makes me shy away from them. The Cooper ST Maxx would be my...
Just to bump an old thread... And I received a set of 20x10 Formula's for a customer and they only weighs 26lbs. Makes me the the 17's would be less than 23lbs. Kind of ridiculous to think nost 17x8.5's are around 30lbs and these 20x10's are 26lbs!!!
