Not the one on the far right. The one in the middle says "Mud Terrain KM3" above it.
Nice! I hadn't seen much posted about them yet. That new sidewall is pretty sexy. Looks just like the KR2 sidewall. Can't wait to see pics.
Just noticed this the other day. Not sure how accurate the pic is. Kinda looks like the KR2 with the tread a little more broken up. I'm digging the sidewall. If anybody else has any info post it up.
They have the Raptizzle edition too (V2 I believe) with the taller skid plate and the V3 that's on the shop truck (aka smurfrunner) will be available soon too from what I understand. But then again the guys at SVC will usually make you whatever you want.
Raptizzle V2...
I just recently installed a Black Widow muffler and kept the stock resonator and I love the sound. I personally do not like rasp. I like more of a booming deep tone and that's exactly what I got with the BW muffler. I had recently removed a fiberglass packed canister style muffler to go back to...
Just bought a used but not used kit from my buddy. He bought the kit but never utilized it unless he went off a big enough curb at the mall lol. I like it though I can't compare it to anything. I hadn't really ran my truck remotely hard until I got these. It's been super smooth and the added up...
Those look like generic 7 splines? The gorilla heat treated 6 splines are much nicer and the keys are stronger. And the best part is, if there is room you can use a 6 point 3/4" socket instead of a key if needed.
In the past when taking stripped lugs or locks with out keys off I would find a nice solid socket that is slightly smaller than said lug and and hammer it on. Hammer it on the lug as far as you can. Once the socket is as far as it's gonna go use a breaker bar and go slow. If that doesn't work a...
Yeah, I spent my fair share of time trying to match powder and it never turns out quite right. I'd definitely go black with bronze letters. The black will break it up just enough to the point where it won't matter if the bronze is slightly different. It'll look good with the black lugs too.
Like everyone else said the tire guy is a ruhtard. The truck comes stock with 12.50 tires on 8.5 wheels. However it is on BFG and the Tire Racks website showing recommended rim width. 8.5-11"
Thanks brotha
I have them in stock. We could do a black anodize or transparent black top coat over brushed aluminum with bronze svt logos. I have the bronze wheels here so all I'd have to do is have my graphics guy come by with a swatch book and we could get something pretty close.
Honey Badger looks too "cow hitter" to me. I'd go with one of the various radius styles: SVC, RPG, ALLOUTWARN (member not a company, same as the one aramco posted), Mazulla, Socal Super Trucks, Baja Cyote etc...
I think it might scare certain buyers away. I did the horns but not the bedsides. The horns can be welded back on if cut off cleanly. Cutting the bedsides would require new bedsides to return to stock I'm guessing
I didn't get a chance to get many clips after the install. I did get the cold start video this morning. I'll have it on youtube shortly
This muffler is awesome. As much as the exhaust shop tried to talk me out of it saying "it's gonna be too loud, It's gonna drone like crazy etc..." I just told...
I was talking to Pete about that one. He bought my buddy's UCA's. I think I'll have to partake. My truck doesn't see nearly enough dirt :( The last one you guys did sounded like a blast.
I guess the one that everyone is using? The 250 I think?? I'll have sound clips this weekend. I'll be running the resonator with a turn down off the muffler.
Price seems high when compared to a Method 105 that goes for around $250. Maybe the $350 is msrp. We used to sell RG wheels a long time ago when Ultra was making them for him. Ultra started their own motorsports division, started making wheels for walker evans and RG sourced his own mfgr in...
