Oil leak....pan and seal replaced....easy fix

I'm one of those 2017 with an issue.....shit happens....it got fixed....no big deal and no regrets.... The incidence of issues with 17's is likely the same as any other vehicle out there....every make and model has issues....best of luck with your purchase

I brought my truck in for an oil leak....diagnosed then back a couple weeks later for a fix that took 2 days.... I did not revert back and did not think for a second it would be an issue....as TheJoker said, they are not the FBI

Very possible....buy an entirely new tailgate....it's expensive but as you said you know that already....

4,800 miles and no issues.....the transmission sucks IMO but that's a whole other topic and the rest of the truck is so good it makes up for it.....knowing what I know now I would still buy the truck in a heartbeat....

I use the brush all the time on all my cars with no issues.....just hit it with the pressure wand to clean it off before using....then it's clean....
