No temp tags in MA....regardless if the OP bought from a dealer it shouldn't be an issue....they should be doing the leg work to get the title and registration.....very simple way to really get them moving is tell them you want your money back.....

I don't think it's widespread but not necessarily isolated....luckily it can be driven safely while waiting for the part.....

It's a cool pick up truck....simple as that....comparing it to most of the cars people have, including myself, is pointless IMO.... On a daily basis this is my go to vehicle....comfort, ease of in and out, etc is great.....on a nice weekend day this sits in the driveway.... Maybe I'm wrong but...

They will see it....it should not affect your trade.....case in point is I had a spun rod in my 2010 Viper ACR.....full engine REBUILD.....Dodge didn't even replace it....trading dealer knew about it and was not an issue.....collision damage is really the big issue....this isn't a lemon law...

That looks like some project....and I would say the ACC is good but not even close to being good enough to do all that....

It still amazes me the people that complain about dealer mark ups.....just move on or wait....supply vs demand with this truck will level out quickly with 2018 orders starting.....

Photos would really help....a respray of the tailgate is very easy to match as there is no blending whatsoever....you never see it directly head on vs another panel....that's the only one I would consider trying to rectify.....

Only trouble is most of the reputable companies can't ship the Raptor due to it's width....I've shipped roughly 8 vehicles over the last 10 years and Reliable and Intercity have been the best.....neither can ship the Raptor enclosed.....when I was researching trucks only one I found that seemed...

I guess if they start it and doesn't break down after 15 miles or so of driving it's good to go....too funny

Well at this point you paid for and took the truck.....you're saying it was on the window sticker and not on the truck?.....did they deduct it from what you paid? Do you have something in writing they are ordering a tailgate?
