I have and they are super easy.

When you pull the storage piece out the jack is on one side and there is another red pull on the other side: This is what it looks like before pulling it out: And out: One of the pieces in the foam block is a chock: What is this piece?

On the Screw the jack is under the storage cubby, on the passenger side of the truck. On the driver side of that same space is something else. Anyone know what that is?

I will never buy another red Ford product. Their red paint, no matter what the actual color, sucks.

I am pretty sute the bolt pattern should be identical to just about every other winch out there. They are a standard spread pattern with a standard bolt/thread size.

I don't feel singled out but I don't think you read my post. I basically said don't expect a response from vendors here. My issue with craven specifically was that I tried calling, emailing and posting here with no response. It was not until I went to their website and completed an RMA request...

You are right birdman. I can say 2 if the 3 vendors I contacted here didn't respond though...

I should have provided an update but forgot about the post. Craven did send me a different stubby but not until I requested an RMA through their website. Don't post here thinking a vendor will respond to an issue... Don't rely on email or a phone call either.
