I just watched the video as I posted this while I was at work...
I have a 22 Raptor pending delivery.
I fell in love with the original Gen 1...made it a dream to one day own one. And thought the Gen 2 was also amazing.
But the Gen 3 is too bland... after watching this video, I want to slap...
Could be related to the transmission software update...
I new vehicle shouldn't need new sparkplugs nor would the oil cause that issue.
Unless your intake is blocked and restricting airflow or you got a loose air duct between the MAF and throttle body.
Thanks for the reply!!
Can't stop questioning the "During this time, your vehicle may exhibit some unusual driving characteristics." Lmao
Wonder what the unusual characteristics will be...
Oh no!! So sorry!!
I keep reading stories of Raptor theft... are these vehicles like Hondas that are classified as high theft vehicles?
Didn't think a truck would be...
So the Raptor is not based on a dinosaur.... Its based on the F-22 fighter plane!!
Sorry if this has been posted previously... Just found out about it now.
Don't mean to derail the topic... but I'm guessing you're picking up your new Raptor from an East Coast dealer and driving it home to the West?
Any concerns about properly breaking-in the engine? They say to avoid constant speeds (highway) during break-in period.
How did you find out the exact load onto the rail car?
I haven't been able to get detailed status... just that it left Dearbourne headed to Jacksonville... but no days or ETAs...
Oh wow!!! I've tried to get a plug in FL and WA with no luck... I can buy a plug kit at the auto parts store, but can't get one put by a tire shop.
I'm all for plugs for typical nail/screw punctures.
Oh snap!!! Dealer texted!! It's arrived at the Jacksonville rail yard!!! Needs to get unloaded and loaded onto a truck headed to Daytona!!!
Dealer still thinks it won't be here for the quoted 4/18 date.
I used Montway Auto Transport to transport my 2008 Stage 3 Roush Mustang from WA to FL...
Was $1800 for an enclosed trailer... vehicle was delivered in the same condition it was picked up.
Very happy with their service.
Oh no!!! It's a Porsche!!! Damn... from far away it looks like a NA Miata!! Lmao
Sorry, my bad (is that still a thing?) Lol
I should probably get a new prescription for my glasses. Lmao
