Yea I’m chasing a rattle clunk and I’m 90% sure it’s the old shocks. No history of them being done but they look fantastic. But yea the truck drives way better without them. I’m gonna pull the bar sooner than later

Lots of side to side wave like movement on the highway but may be due to my older shocks. Rides way better regardless.

Took off the front sway bar end links to isolate a rattle. Truck handles bumps way better now so I’ll see what it does on the highway

Worst case he can take the trim ring off and fix 99% of the damage

Most of the damage in on the trim ring, replace that and repair whats left. OR take the possibly matching spare out and put this one under the truck

Does it bother you? Take your spare off and swap this one. (IDK if the 37's have matching spares, but my truck does so)

Care to share the foam? and did you use OEM leather for the bottom? I hear the non-OE don't allow air to come through as well.

I'm with you on that. Mine (Gen1) is set on mid perch (the cheapest way to level) because it never leaves the ground. Make sure you post up some pics once you've got it all together

Gen 1 SRT seats were incredible places to be.

I still want to swap in KR seats, but then i lose my special little raptor embroidery. (even though they aren't real either i just like the color) That saddle leather was incredible, also very hard to maintain.
