Theres another post too Just trying to help. There is another post with the same wiring harness hitting the exhaust, and that guy had your symptoms. I'm still looking, but if I were you, I would at the very least, cross this off my list of things to check.

There are some post about the, I believe, ECU wiring harness not being completely secured and they are contacting the exhaust and melting. Do a search on this site, there are posted pics. Hope this helps, or at least eliminates this as the issue.

Kinda sounds like the issues others were having when the wiring harness was hitting the exhaust.

Ditto Only difference for me it that I run Sport +2 in both Normal/Sport truck modes. It truly does feel like you've added a tune to the truck. AMAZING

Keep Driving it in Sport Mode The Truck/Trans is learning your driving style. I too was concerned with the hard shifts. 2700 miles later and I can tell that it is WAY smoother. Buy a Pedal Commander, worth every single penny. And congrats!!!
