You can disable it through forscan now through the service functions page. I just reset my tables and turned it off. Time will tell how it performs now or if the rough shifting returns or not.

Thanks man, just didn’t know. Been having the jerking from P to D and some harsh shifting. Resetting the adaptive tables helps but only for a little while. Was hoping this might have been a perm fix, but doesn’t sound like it.

I came from a gen 2.5 Tundra pro (2016) and although it's not apples to apples with the gen 3, the raptor is still miles above the tundra with respect to offroading. No way I would go back after driving my current truck but it's all up to you and how you use the truck.
