You may just need to do a battery reset, meaning disconnect the ground terminal from the battery for 15 to 20 minutes.
A permanent code requires a PCM reflash.

Get a larger radiator, relocate and upgrade the trans cooler with fans.
Make sure the Tuner set the OEM radiator fans to turn on sooner at a higher percentage.
