Sounds like you are running the front shocks at top perch plus the Geisers add height over stock springs which will throw off the geometry of the front suspension.
4x4 can be engaged and used on wet road services.
4x4 is not intended for "DRY" pavement!!!..............Key word is "DRY"
Having said that, I do turn off 4x4 when parallel parking or making a U-turn in the rain.
That is something I've learned driving all kinds of 4x4s in the past 45 years.
You...
There are no new 6.2L crate engines, that ship sailed years ago.
Only remanufactured engines back to factory specs are the replacements, I forget who Ford authorizes to do that.
Hi flow cats (CARB or Not) will not work in the 6.2L Raptor unless you add rear O2 extenders.
And if they look under the truck they will not pass it.
Closest thing to stock cats is the Green cats from Kooks.
@heybear
Yup stock rear springs suck a s s.
Worn out rear shocks is another thing to consider.
I had to step out for a few hours so I'm a little late to fully respond.
First, traction bars do nothing to aid in handling, they only stop wheel hop.
Second, you don't want +1s for the Deavers, +2...
I drive 100% street for 11 years.
When you switch to 4x4 hi it's the same or better than awd.
My wife and daughter drive awd, I don't feel the difference you're talking about.
I was just going add, changing the stance from factory rake to level made a big difference on how the rear handles...
Try it with a Gen 1 that has over 725 HP
First rain, I always switch to 4x4
Why did you not just switch to 4x4, you can engage the 4x4 hi up 50+ mph.
I do recommend doing that with no load on the engine, this will ensure a smooth transfer case lock.
Best way is to come to a complete stop but...
Motion sensor flood lights and a big looking security camera works good too.
Does your county require OBDII emission testing, because you won't pass without cats.
I know it's not Ford but this is impressive, especially NA and pump gas!!!
If they put that in their Trail Boss it would be a TRX killer HP wise.

I don't know what to tell you, there is a 1/4 or 3/8" wide but very thin strip, it's single sided and glued to the flare.
When the body shop popped them off they were flat as hell, you barely know it's there.
There is supposed to be 3M tape along the whole flare to stop paint rub.
It comes like that stock, at least mine did and the OEM replacements do as well, replaced all four over 11 years.
The Gen 1s have a distinctive look and more importantly, sound far better!!!
The Gen 2s, I don't know, lately with all the other trucks wanting to be Raptors,
they are all looking the same to me.
I do find myself having to take a much harder look to see what kind of truck I'm looking at these days.
@Skiracer3
No, you do not use both, only the housing gasket that the thermostat fits in.
If someone tried to use both and tightened the two bolts too much,
It will deform the the thermostat housing and it will leak...
I only mentioned headers because you need to inspect the O2 wires,
if they have been moved or not properly tied up, even when the SC was installed,
they can burn up and send incorrect values to the PCM.
Don't waste any money on getting the Roush tune, JDM is the best you're going to get!!!
This is proven hundreds of times on this forum from Roush owners.
And if the PCM were bad, it would not be random.
I read that they overlaid some coils not sure where they taped into, but.
You should to...
