Just a thought/question. Why Teflon instead of HDPE or some other more reasonably priced and easily machinable material?

No need for steady hands. Jig it and use a router table or even cut grooves on a...
43" passenger now. 42.5" driver. So 2.5" lower than started out at drivers side and 2" passenger. Truck was low on fuel on purpose for install. About 1/4 tank.
Latest measurement was on concrete drive and verified in garage.

On the way to school with my daughter today we came into the second half of a downhill S curve with a driveway at the apex. Two kids are standing there waiting for their bus. Older boy gives thumbs up. His younger sister had her back to us turned around casually until she sees the truck. Guess...
You do not have to remove the bed to install any of the bump kits. The SVC was easy to install. Very beefy and will give you great peace of mind. Any of the kits should give you peace of mind. I just have personal experience with the SVC kit.
Definitely recommend a bump stop kit. Have gotten some pretty big air in mine without frame support or bump kit. Since I kept reaching and exceeding the stock suspensions limits I put the SVC kit on and upgraded the shocks while I was at it. If you are thinking of pushing yours at all I would...
This thread reminds me I should find mine and sell it. Got frustrated with it and put it in a corner and forgot it. Maybe I should sell it and the F1 while I'm at it.
Just had to officially withdraw from the event. Yukon you can call me a quitter now. Tried to reschedule some stuff so I could make it as planned earlier. Unfortunately some people just wouldn't play nice.
Somebody is going to have to take Kirk(Raptor Addict) for a run around the track. I...
You wouldn't be interested in mine now I know I'm not. With only spare and the jack in the bed mine has dropped to 42.5" after recent trip. Everything is tight and looks in order. Further investigation pending to find reason for so much lowering. This trip was over 1900 miles with some decent...
Finally got the doors open. Still going to dealer as 3 of the doors still stick. Found a rock stuck in lock mechanism on the one I fought yesterday. Not sure how it got there. Little inspection camera let me see it.
Where did you find the replacements? I mistakenly it seems contacted the retailer I purchased the AFE intake from. They seem to be unable to get any info on replacement parts.
Thanks Noah. I didn't get back home until now(almost 11). I know your on the west coast but still didn't want to bug you in the evening. Going to use a flexible camera to take a look at the lock mechanism. It appears to be stuck pretty well. Can't get any movement of the rod that attaches to...
So I took the rear door cards off and door won't open. Any suggestions on how to get the door open? Thought I would diy it before taking it in next week. 2 kids crawling over the seats to get in and out isn't fun. 6 year old no problem, 13 year old doesn't like it much. Paging The Car Stereo...
You can buy an external GPS for tablets without also. We have one for our Android tablet. The I Pads work well too. Used cellular versions both full size and mini with no problems.
Roger posted that Ford was repairing his truc(and covering) it but he and the family were driving home without it.
Just completed my first off road trip with this tune. Very happy with its performance. I only used manual mode for hill climb/decent or other slower speed higher rpm situations. Tune was able to provide the response I wanted from the truck in all other areas. It worked well for the highway and...
