    We're all DOUCHEBAGS

According to this nitwit I'm a DB twice over. Once for my Raptor, and once for my SLK. He defined the SLK as a low class (speak cheap) MB; my 08 SLK was 78K in 08... Definitely a cheapo low class Mercedes Benz.

Possible causes: upper ball joint, bend spindle, wheel bearing/hub. The wheel is allowed to tilt in against the area of the upper ball joint. Or the vacuum hose is pushing out against the tire. JMTCW

I am ready for the flamming. I have a snow/ice driving question

The rear is open, until electrically locked. The front was open until 2012, but that is not the problem. If the transfer case simply connects the front drive shaft with engaging 'four wheel drive', it will rotate with the same rpm as the rear. If there is a center differential the rpm of front...

Was about to pull the trigger on Method NVs when suddenly....

Actually, I like both solutions; especially with an SVT logo. And if manufactured for this wheel you can add a small step to the left one to improve the fit,

    Fire Extinguishers?

No! Please. this is important! Have as many fire extinguishers as you think you need and one more for me. Just know there function, how there work and how to use them. The live you're saving could be mine.

    Fire Extinguishers?

I don't like for this to come across as confrontational, but yes, automated fire suppression systems using CO2 for confined spaces, just like halon, have posted signs, audible and visual warnings to clear the space. A CO2 flooded space will kill you just as dead as a halon flooded space.

    Fire Extinguishers?

Well, yes, halon will fill your lungs if there is nothing else, but you can exhale it to clear your lungs. CO2 will have the same effect if there is nothing else; even so it is two parts oxygen, but our bodies can't separate them form the one carbon. There is a reason why most emergency fire...

    Fire Extinguishers?

Both, CO2 or Halon work the same: displacing oxygen, you just need more CO2 to have the same effect as Halon. But CO2 can also cool a six-pack of beer very quickly :) ---------- Post added at 07:59 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:52 AM ---------- No, I attached the halguards to the...

    Fire Extinguishers?

I have a zip tie attached to one of my Halon bottles; should there be a fire in the cap I pull the pin and hold back the trigger with the zip tie and get out. I also have two dry chemical extinguishers in the bed of the truck.

    Fire Extinguishers?

You are correct: Don't use Halon in a enclosed space and remain in it! You set it off and get the hell out of there! Close the door behind you to trap the Halon in the cap. Don't use Dry chemicals inside it will F up everything electrical. Using Halon in the open is useless; yes it will snuff...
