    Looks to me just like you have a loose/bad/leaking oil filter. Go buy a Motorcraft FL820 oil filter at any parts store, a couple quarts of 5w20 oil & a can of brake cleaner. Replace the oil filter, make sure the old one wasn't double gasketed, top off the oil, start the engine, shut it off...

    110% should be warranty covered. I'd recommend a new dealer...permanently. I hate warranties just for this reason. They can attempt to weasel their way out of most anything.

    I had the same problem and the front skid plate was rubbing against the frame. I took it down and put grease between the skid plate and the frame and no more noise!
