my Icons with option 2 have been holding up fine, agree with what the others have said. Only thing that I would add is that I never experienced a clunk with Icons, I do run the RPG greaseable shackles
I have the SPD downpipes and they are much louder and more raspy than the stock downpipes. Slight difference in the lower rpm range, but really opens up in higher rpm range. If you are happy with your current exhaust sound, aftermarket downpipes will amplify it.
My Raptor is my weekend vehicle. I have a F350 DRW F350 diesel that I daily for my work, it's deleted so it's very fun to drive for a big truck. I have a 2024 that just got delivered, only regret with the 24 is that I will not be able to delete that one
I followed the same video, the only thing that I did differently was use a short handle sledge hammer, trimmed the gaps closer to 3/4" and used a large punch to start the bend
another user on here did 4 full turns to get level with his rear that had deaver +3's, I will go that route an measure mine. I'm roughly a little over 4"s short in the front with my icons on the back with no preload as it sits
yes, installed at factory preload. with a spanner wrench you should be able to adjust while on the truck. I will drive for a bit, then adjust the preload
this is mine with 37's, Eibachs and Icons +3 in back. I did rub after trimming front fenders. I then did the pinch weld mod and that fixed the rubbing. I do have Fox 3.0's waiting to be installed
Springs or Fox 3.0's or Kings, pinch weld mod, rear leafs, wheels and tires, new glass up front and rear(only if considering off roading). Kinda of all needs to be done at the same time, minus fenders if you are mainly street
