Hi @FordTechOne, yes I do have a Corsa Sport Catback. I have had 2 different shops check the exhaust for loose clamps, hangars, etc. and both have found nothing of suspicion and said that it’s installed well. I should note that the rattle follows RPM’s, meaning if the RPM’s increase, the rattle...

Is this something that recalibrating the ride height through IDS can fix? From what I’ve read on here, seems like a lot of guys who get springs also get the ride height recalibrated by the dealer

Well @FordTechOne was right! Seems to be (another) misdiagnoses! They replaced the TCCM, road test to verify that no noise is present...But, after I get the truck back, and am driving it home, it continues to happen! Again the noise can best be described as a louder rattle/grind present inside...

Need to use ForScan to disable this AFAIK
