Great question and they have two different options so that's why it's kind of confusing.
They have the SES (Suspension Enhancement System) kit which is for load enhancement and that's what stays in constant contact and acts as an air bag.
Then you have the ABS (Active Bump Stop) kit which is...
Yes they do work with Heimed rod ends, even though they're not required.
The brakes have improved performance all around - daily driving, off-road, and when loaded down and towing.
If you have any other questions, please let me know. We have kits in stock and ready to ship.
Thank you,
Nick
Let me know when you're ready and we can do some forum pricing for you. I don't believe Wilwood ever did an actual Black Friday sale. I could be wrong, but I don't remember one.
That's correct. We've not had a customer running the Aero6-DM on a Gen 1 with stock beadlock wheels. However, I did find a line on some reasonably priced 0.25" wheel spacers that would probably be all the additional clearance needed. However, again, I've never tested them before with this exact...

This is made in the USA here in PA. The one's on eBay and Amazon are counterfeit knock-offs.
I appreciate the kind words, man. And yes, we do have a 30-day return policy for unused parts so that's no problem. That being said, the Alcon spacers are a special order part, and they're a little pricey at $55 each. I'd recommend getting some cheap spacers from Amazon to see if you need them...
Every wheel that's even been put on any Raptor, whether it's Gen 1, 2, or 3 is a 17x8.5 +34 fitment. However, the design of the wheel spokes on the backside is what can cause the fitment issues, unfortunately. Back when I had my Gen 2 and we were test fitting Alcon brakes, I found that my stock...
We've confirmed fitment with 17-18 and 19-20 factory beadlock capable wheels. We've not been able to confirm fitment of the Gen 1 beadlock capable wheels.
No aftermarket or performance cats/downpipes are allowed under CARB regulations. You are only able to install OEM or OEM equivalents after failure of factory components. SPD, or any authorized dealer, will not ship them to California because of this.
Honestly, dealers are already replacing stock cats on because of failures. The flow path is not balanced to the entire cat face and is concentrated on the lower 1/3 portion.
Picture here off 2023 R with 8000 miles.
You can see how only the lower 1/3rd is getting flow. Add a Whipple to this...
Zero issues running the FT1 17" wheels on stock tires.
We carry the FT1s here at Apollo, happy to help get you dialed in.

I get it. But they're not headers since headers bolt to the engine. Now-a-days, something like the Borla kits that replace the resonator and muffler sections from the cats to the rear tail section and those referred to as mid-pipe kits. I would normally call these a Y-pipe, but since they don't...
I actually had this exact same conversation with Jacob over at SPD when he was telling me about them. I think the proper term would be "crossovers" as these pipes go from the exhaust manifolds down to the rest of the exhaust. Normally it would be a Y-Pipe, but these pipes don't actually connect...
It really depends on the look that you're after. Personally, I like a little more poke, so I'd go with the 18x9 0 offset. But if you want a closer to OEM fitment and better clearance for the upsized tires, then 18x9 +20 would be the right move.
Thanks man!
