I’ve seen some pretty huge numbers for how much people are paying for ceramic coating. You CAN do this yourself; really you can. I posted earlier on what I did and I’m no expert. See my previous post. Just followed directions. Wasn’t that hard. Turned out amazing. All materials (less...
ps - I’d go to the lighting section for recommendations. That’s another one that’s personal. Best but most expensive will be the Rigid Industries or Baja Designs. F150LEDS has some good products to consider highly rated by many on this forum quite a bit cheaper than Rigid or Baja though lumen...
I’ve got the Borla ATAK mid pipes. I’ve done a bunch of mods and the Borla ATAK is by FAR my favorite. I absolutely love the exhaust note. It’s quiet when cruising but pure music when you punch it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...but admittedly, exhaust notes are a personal preference. I spent an...
Great to see everything from stock to leveled to raised with 37’s. They all seem to look pretty good when done right. To each their own. If it’s a DD with little off road, I suppose I’d lean towards stock or front leveling to preserve a pretty great ride the stock has. While I literally...
Hey All, really appreciate all the feedback. I plan on picking up the on sale HFreight Super Duty Daytona Jack that goes up to 23 1/8 (yellow one that Gunmonkey has in pic) and get the 6T Jack stands unless they have the 12T’s in.
I’m planning on painting my brake calipers and will just do the...
Was at Harbor Freight today. They didn’t have the 12T but the sign was there for them but if the 6T’s work, I’ll just get them. Are the heights of the 6T’s adequate for the Rear Too? For the 12T, the height is 29 3/8 for Jack Stands.
Also... where are the front of the truck is the ideal...
Any of the spray-ons should have significantly protected it even from dreaded bird poop. Should rinse right off or come off easily with a car-specific soap and hand wash. If it doesn’t, you definitely need a difference spray-on...they should last a few months.
I did the Avalon King Armor...
Thanks....was afraid of that. Knew I’d have to cut em off and planned on different tips than stock...but don’t want to spend $1113 just for those tips.
Do you know how to get those exhaust tips without the entire rear exhaust assembly? I have the Borla ATAK mid-pipes but didn’t want to spend another $1000+ for the rear pipes with the tips. Would like to buy just the tips if it’s possible.
I’m pretty new to all these fun mods and have jumped all in. Already did the ATAK mid pipes but woulda been much easier had I elevated the beast but wasn’t comfortable doing it safely. Enough snickers...yeah, I’m a newbie at all this.
So what is the best way to put rear 1/2, front 1/2 and...
Thank you. Now THAT is what should be in the description of your tune on your website! Not ready to risk the warranty void quite yet but right now, toss up between the GH and yours! Sounds like it might be worth the xtra $$ for your refinement.
Haven’t done it yet but planning on the bed rug. They have one for the entire bed but since I have a spray-on liner, gonna opt for just the bottom of bed but with the extension across the tailgate gap to include the tailgate. Hate stuff in the gap. Also, if you have a tonneau, you should seal...
Could also try the G2 brake caliper paint. They have a custom option to match specific car colors by code.

For that matter, if gonna do paint accents to your tow hooks, do your brake calipers the same color....bling!
Got the Rally Armor in Red to go with my Ruby Red. Highly recommended.
One minor issue. When I put the Eibach springs up front, got some rubbing on one of the front flaps; I just tucked it up on the sideboard for a couple days and the slight curvature instilled in the flap resolved the minor...
Like your look. I’ve got the Borla ATAK mid pipes and wanted the tips just like you have but didn’t want the pipes with the tips which run over $1000. Can’t seem to find the tips without the pipes.
