The ARE topper is already s couple hundred pounds, is go with the +3. Correct, over time the springs sag out a bit. I like going a little big at first so you don't have to redo it again 2 years from now when the springs are sacked. Try finding a spring shop to re-arch them. Or shopping them...

That is the air pressure gauge. When you first start the truck the gauge shows the volts of the truck, then it switches to the pressure in the tank. Aux three is the compressor. Don't let the compressor run when the truck is off.

Did you hery any more info from you dealer? Replacing the vacuum solenoid is a really good idea. However, if you hear grinding the IWE will need to be replaced to. It's blown as well at this point.
