    Houston.... we have a problem

My noise was more on pass side as well, FYI. It actually sounded like a bent rod or something at idle, it sounded really bad. Once the phasers were replaced it purrs like a kitten again.

    Houston.... we have a problem

Well, my phasers started making noise at around 11k miles - I left them alone for almost 5 years because I was scared the dealer would botch the job. Long story short, by the time I was at 44k miles, the motor sounded awful, even at idle and all the time. Sounded like something was broken in the...

    Houston.... we have a problem

Man this sucks - and I just saw this thread now. Unfortunately any ford dealer will be a nightmare as they HATE modded vehicles. You can try Garo at Airport Marina Ford. They did my phasers and did a great job.

Full rear axle rebuild at 95k - Grenaded after fluid change

Could just be coincidental too - F150s are known for having the pinion bearing to go t!its up for just no reason at all... I'm going with occam's razor on this one.

Drivers Seat Foam Awful, Replacement Part Number?

Hmmm, my early 2018 foam looks like the 2020-2023 version, at least the bottom where the fan port is.

What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

Yeah I hear you! The Braptors have been coming WAYYYY down in price lately - I think ford is reducing the prices a lot, they must have realized they were drunk when they thought a Braptor should be over $100k  But mid $70s might make them more attractive.

GEN 2 (SOLVED - IWE Check Valve!) Strangeeee clicking - TqConverter? LSD (non-chemical)?!?!

If the noise does NOT happen in 4A - then it is 100% IWE related, most probably the $15 IWE checkvalve which takes all of 45 seconds to replace.

    GEN 2 anyone running a 170 thermostat?

Well yeah, any type of cavitation will be really bad for flow and cooling.

    GEN 2 anyone running a 170 thermostat?

You must have missed the part i quoted. You inferred that water can flow “too fast and not spend enough time on the radiator” to cool well. This is the part that is incorrect. Not anything else
