I was hoping not to be effected but turns out at 40k I am getting the dreaded cold start rattle. I’ve done every oil change myself at 3k intervals with amsoil synthetic, no start stop.
Those are 0deg mr105 beadlock methods. I’m not a body guy and mounted them in my driveway. Fit was extremely good and could have been better if I knew trick of properly aligning fenders.
Stainless works are amazing!!! Had one on my gen1. Only problem is they don’t make one for Gen2. I contacted them requesting a side exit for the Gen2 and was shot down. That’s why I settled on the Remus, I also had to modify it.
I’m getting some rub on full compression with the 37’sbin the rear. Doesn’t prevent me from jumping though. It also looks ridiculous when I put oem wheels on for the winter. If and when I get bedsides I’ll get a non beadlock set of methods and run the new 37” Mickey Thompson tires that are snow...
I could really use better brakes that fit 17” wheels, oem and methods. Beadlocks with 37’s make the oem brakes feel inadequate. The cost of other kits have kept me away.
Just opened the box and let’s say I’m extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Coming from an Austrian company I expected full stainless not aluminized junk pipe!!!!! Looks like I have to coat with cerakote so this pos doesn’t rot out in two upstate ny winters. Wtf
Pick up my Remus exhaust today and going straight to my friends house to cut off the third tip!! It will get paired with the afe equal length downpipes. Still deciding on what turbo adapters to run.
