For reference, I did tune the 2019 that I compared my Gen 3 with. I tuned that truck the same day and it picked up crazy power. ()
So stock vs stock is 100% real.
Have you had the opportunity to ride in a Gen 3 yet? The torque different is an immediate feel
I can fix this, it’s actually a very specific use case that trips this.
It’s also a very powerful tool that can be utilized to “protect “ the engine. In this case it’s just too sensitive
Yep, this is exactly right! Thank you @Braaaaptor
In your case if you'd like I can make you a Temporary stage 1 map that you can run in the meantime. I don't want people to miss out on the sale since we don't have them very often
What's nice about the situation is that THEY sold it to you tuned, and they also sold it you warrantied. So as long as they know about it, they need to honor that with the device in place/as sold.
Yep, the fact that you have an Accessport is a good thing!
I can now help you with a tune and you can enjoy the benefits of a transmission that shifts well and some added power.
Awesome!!! Very good to hear that!
Not really. It may be good to check ethanol content at the pump to make sure it hasn't moved much (can use something like this: https://fuel-it.com/products/ethanol-content-tester-vial-only).
Shoot me an email in our tuning thread and I'll look it up
Yes and no.
I’ve done this several times and literally 10/10 people have asked me to put it back to stock idle rpm.
It’s too high for most people (even 100-200rpm) and I think they just don’t feel comfortable with it.
