For reference, I did tune the 2019 that I compared my Gen 3 with. I tuned that truck the same day and it picked up crazy power. () So stock vs stock is 100% real. Have you had the opportunity to ride in a Gen 3 yet? The torque different is an immediate feel

I can fix this, it’s actually a very specific use case that trips this. It’s also a very powerful tool that can be utilized to “protect “ the engine. In this case it’s just too sensitive

What's nice about the situation is that THEY sold it to you tuned, and they also sold it you warrantied. So as long as they know about it, they need to honor that with the device in place/as sold.

Yes and no. I’ve done this several times and literally 10/10 people have asked me to put it back to stock idle rpm. It’s too high for most people (even 100-200rpm) and I think they just don’t feel comfortable with it.
