The rear slot is not really necessary on a 10" bar. It's so short it won't move. We honestly don't use that rear alignment on the lower grill bars. It's in there as part of an earlier design. We may create a 2nd version and extend it back a bit for folks who do want to use it, although not required.

Baja doesn't seem to realize that customers want white and amber fogs in 1 kit. Go figure. You'd think they'd do a dual kit, right. But we can certainly swap out some ambers for a set of clear before we ship them upon request.

You need to do what you already did :) Put a spacer. The Baja Designs reverse kits we sell include aluminum spacers for this very reason. If you buy things "ala carte" you don't get the spacers.
