Hi txgunsntrucks,
I'm very sorry you had trouble during the install process on your Ford Raptor fog pocket kit and I can definitely see your concerns. We value each and everyone of our customer's feedback as we want to provide you guys with the best product and customer service. As a premium...
Mounting the Onx6+ Hybrid Laser or Full Laser will encounter more obstruction because of the very tight pencil beam. There will be shadows. For maximum performance, I would trim or remove the plastic but then we run into cosmetic issues. I would do the Onx6+ or a 10" Onx6 Racer if you're looking...
I would say there's two different setups that our customers go with for a reverse/utility light. You can do the S1 or the S2 series. My recommendation would be our new S1 and Offroad alliance makes a full kit that meets your needs for the wiring. Small, compact, and they're incredibly bright...
It sounds like you need this harness offered by offroadalliance.com, https://offroadalliance.com/products/custom-reverse-light-harness-for-baja-designs-reverse-kit?_pos=2&_sid=56bfda260&_ss=r
It allows you to tap into your reverse light circuit and use an upfitter switch to turn it on.
This harness was designed with intention of being used in conjunction with power modules such as sPOD, Switch-Pros, and factory upfitter systems. This harness will ensure that you don't run power to both the high and low circuits at the same time when wiring your LP series lights. If you're...
Our lifetime warranty covers the anodize finish on all of our LED products. If the housing or bezel turns a weird color or looks off, we'll get it taken care of. As for the rust, we use stainless steel hardware and U-brackets. I would be more than happy to look into it via PM (don't want to...
As mentioned before, we appreciate the feedback! It helps us figure out our pain points and what customers like to see in Baja Designs. Some awesome shots as well, thank you!
The main difference is the size of the housing. The Squadron series is a 3" x 3" and the XL series a 4.5" x 4.5". They both use the same dome-less LED which explains the same lumen count and power draw. Since the XL series is bigger, we fit a reflector that's about double the size in width and...
The LP6s do shine farther because two of the six forward facing LEDs are dome-less, which translates into a tighter, high intensity beam. The LP series is designed around the 200 degree spread and we've selected a unique pattern of LEDs to best execute that. You will have a wider spread, more...
It's up in the air with the Covid-19 virus and strict restrictions. If we do go, we'll be sure to let everyone know on the forums and on social media platforms. :)
Currently, we don't have any plans to update the XL80. Where are you planning to mount the light? That will have a large weigh in. If were talking about the A-pillar, many customers prefer the XL80 because it doesn't have the 200 degree spread like the LP series does. The LP series would...
We're actually in the process of redesigning our isolux plots with updated information. We hope to have our marketing material done in the next few months, stay tuned!
With all of our LED lighting, we use CREE LEDs. The LP6 Pro and the LP9 Pro share a few different LEDs, but the LP6 Pro does have it's unique design to best utilize it's efficiency in a small package.
As of right now, we do not have any updates on the design of the LP9/LP6. But we do have rock guards being engineered at the moment. Thank you for the inquiry!
We appreciate the honest, thorough review! Just to add to the new Onx6+ you received, we did update the cord to have the moistureblock built in at the end cap. If you look at where the cord meets the end cap, you can see the moistureblock spelled out. It makes a less bulky and cleaner install...

That harness is used with a traditional style headlight with three leads, low, high, and ground. On most automotive applications, power is switched between low and high with the headlight switch. But on newer vehicles such as a 2020 Ford Raptor, I believe they've changed that. You can confirm...
