    If you want a Raptor with a V8.....buy a Gen1. Supercharge it. Save money. Gamble on the potential less horsepower from a gen1 supercharged then the GHOST-R that we hear of. Stick on iPad on the dash and call it a day.

    I'm not mechanical at all, could be a waste of time but try checking your skid plate bolts. I have a 2013, bought it used and skid plate bolts were missing or loose.

    My 2013 RoushTor with Roush exhaust.....windows down....hauling through any tunnel....wife covers ears......serenity......I recorded the noise and downloaded it on my iPhone to soothe me.

    GEN 1 hands down. It's the truck that started it all. Everyone is chasing the standard that FORD set (then dumped on by getting rid of 6.2 engine). GEN 1, supercharge it and have fun.

    Awesome adds. If you’re going to do any camping without a trailer, pick a bed rack that will give you extra room/storage/mounting. I went with Go Rhino 2.0 rack for my lights, and now I have to be creative with gear. Enjoy it

    If you ever intend to supercharge your raptor....wait to upgrade your cold air intake. I wasted 560 on an install for a kNN, when I upgraded to Roush SC. They put there own in.

    Just my opinion on keeping it. FORD did what most companies do these days, mess up something good. V8 is what makes gen1s an instant classic. I used to take my 2013 to a dealer for all service, and the amount of gen2s sitting around is crazy. Yeah the HP numbers are better....but why change...

    Wheels?? 2019 raptor, any issues with going up to 20” wheels? Looking at the company Venomrex who make high end rims for Raptors. Rubbing issues?

    I don’t know any of the numbers , I have 20’s , go off roading, KO2s, never air down, I have a crap load of fun.

    I went with power stop front and back brakes. Had a local mechanic do the install. So far so good. Can’t wait to get back on a trail and test them. I’m just interested in what my Roush SC and (Ken Grody custom shop tune) HP totals are. One day I’ll get to a dyno and find out.

    I have a 2013 and went with Optima yellow. Especially if you’re gonna add lights and gadgets,etc.

    I have a 2013 Roush Raptor. I’ve changed my front and back brakes. Now back brakes squeaking again. I’m researching a brake upgrade but Ken Grody Ford threw out a 10k major upgrade( I was told factory are good and any standard upgrades would not be worth it). Anyone have recommendations on...
