those are manual control switches for one of 4 sirens the ORS has. a normal horn honk sounds like a fire engine horn, but each of the switches have a different siren sound.

i'll have some great pics. the location for the front sensors is pretty cool. i have found on my others that when you get within about 400 feet even with the shifters they can get a lock on, so I've avoided about a dozen or so tickets in my other cars, and nobody has pulled me yet for it.
