    i suspect there is always 1/2 quart you will never get to come out. Even with a 2 hour hot drain. i always fill with 5 quarts, start it.....then shut if off and check after it sits fir 5 mins. fill as needed.

    Get a new service advisor ASAP. She is full of sh!t and wrong. Does not matter where you bought the car at all. it is a manufacturer warranty and is valid at any for dealer. She is just lazy and didnt want to schedule the work.
