I updated from 4.4 to 4.6 today. Interestingly, 4.4 worked fine for me for almost two years now. Texting, track and title, etc. The only thing I didn't like was that music wouldn't revert to last source (bluetooth) after shutting off the truck like it did with 3.1. So now I'm on 4.6...

The suspension feels more solid and tight. Less clunky. On my old shocks, the driver's side front had zero nitrogen pressure left, and the driver's rear was leaking and was way low on nitrogen pressure as well. For me it was a night and day difference.

I received my serviced shocks last Tuesday, swapped them out over this past weekend and shipped them back out Monday. This is an awesome service. Fresh dampers feel great!

I sent an email last month to hopefully get into the rebuild exchange queue. Haven't heard anything back yet though.
