Just got an update.
It's bad news.
They have to change the whole engine, the warranty won't cover and my insurances won't cover.
About $12,000 that I have to pay out of my own pockets.

The plastic/rubber thing protecting water from getting in (under the truck next to the front skid plate) was ripped on the left side, so I guess that's how it got in.
After hitting a puddle of water/mud last night my engine shut off, it took 4-5 tries to start it again and then after 1km the engine started doing loud knock/tick sounds like shown in the video.

I managed to drive to the nearest Ford repair shop (closed til monday) and parked it...
I'm in Canada, Quebec province (that's why it's french in the dashboard!)
Having a blast with this beast, 550km so far and about 80% of that is offroad!
I just got my brand new 2014 Raptor yesterday, this is my first truck too so it's quite exciting.
The only issue I had was today where the engine shut off at an intersection, but other than that lovin' it. (Might be related to very low RPM at 500, will need to bring it to Ford to flash the...
I just got the same issue few minutes ago, looks like the exact same thing, engine cut off and then low oil pressure warning - let me know if you find out what it was.
I'll be visiting Ford monday to explain what happend and also show them your video.
