Yea, I bought the LVJ 6-switch overhead panel. I do really like it as it blends into the interior really well, and I like the position as it's similar to the Gen 2. I will say though that for the guys who don't want holes in their headliner this is an awesome setup.
Haven't gotten a chance to finish this yet, but hoping this week sometime to get the wires run and finished up. Last piece of my lighting setup that needs done. :)
Haven't gotten a chance to get all the lights properly aimed and dialed in, but just from "playing around" things are a significant improvement from before! Looking forward to really getting to use the lights. They definitely look the part!
At this point I can confidently say that I've got all the rear lighting I need at this point. Plenty of reverse lighting, bed lighting, and chase lighting at this point! Just need to get my bed under rail lighting finished up and all should be good to go!
Seen MANY high mileage built cars throughout the years. It all comes down to how well things are cared for, the tuning being done correctly, and not beating the **** out of it all the time.
This! Rocky Mountain Graphics sells the vinyl pieces that go behind the vents in all kinds of colors. At some point I'd like to try and do the same with the "L" on the 6.2L badge.
Got the roof bars and basket installed. Wasn't hard, just read directions and it all setups up perfectly. Very nice build quality and excellent fitment. Would highly recommend.
It may be a down the road thing for me. I just had the bed all re-done, so it's fresh right now. The passenger front flare and fender need repainted currently, so instead of repainting the stock ones I may as well get some more clearance and swap to the ADV ones.
Yea, I was going to have my 2013 Limited done, but decided it wasn't worth it. The body shop wanted to pull the bed and do the full rockers/corners. Granted it would have been perfectly and correctly done, but it was going to be like 4000.
I'm not quite ready to hack into the bedsides at this point as they are a LOT of work to get right. Long travel would be nice, but I'm not sure I'll ever need that.
Orderded the ADV +2/+2 without vent as well as the fender liners and am shipping them to my buddy at the body shop. Will be modding the pinch weld at the same time as the install, as well as doing paint to match door and tailgate handles. :)
Was wanting something to replace the stock horns since they're a bit too quiet. Was thinking of going with the Hella Supertones, but also had been looking at air horns. Came up with this Wolo air horn kit locally. Came with everything in it including the compressor, air horns, mounting hardware...
Got my basket picked out and ordered from Car-ID. Went with the Rhino Rack Xtray Pro. It's the same as the Xtray Large, but has two bike mounts built into the front of it, and it's only like 30 bucks more. After reading around a ton of places regarding Rhino Rack v.s. Thule v.s. Yakima the...
