Smokin a modded VW GTI. Watch his headlights and notice he went first. The guy was a good driver, didn’t miss any shifts etc, but the GTI just didn’t cut it.
I only ran the shocks set to stiff.
The button definitely still works. I have a tire that is out of balance that was very noticeable on the freeway. I switched from normal to sport and it went away. That was on the same stretch of road, with the same pavement conditions, same speed.
No preload...
Maybe there is a different sku number than what’s on the box is 883-06-183

Here are a couple of videos. Not the best quality, but they’re better than nothing. The perspective of the terrain in the videos is way off compared to the actual size of bumps, ruts etc
OK everyone, I just tested the $#!@ out of these things! The difference between the stock shocks vs these new ones is wild! About 4 miles of rough sand with semi-deep ruts 2’-3’ and burms going between 80-100 mph the whole time, some slower hard packed clay areas, and a lot of drifting turns...
I have not messed around with it enough to tell. The new ones are still plugged in and supposed to work with the stock electronics. I’ll experiment and let you know.
I’ll find out today or tomorrow. I’ll definitely do some high speed arroyos and dunes. I’ll launch it at least once, but probably more. I don’t like to jump it too much with my camper shell on.
