You'll want to avoid the 13.50 on a stock height truck, even with the 37" package if you're looking for bolt on. With that offset, stick with a 12.50 and you'll be good to go.

What @downforce137 said is correct. You need to use Forscan to turn off the Lamp Outage indicator. This wasn't an issue on 21-23 truck, but the 24 wiring is different. Once you do this, zero issue.

You may get a soft code, but it's not a hard code so it won't throw a CEL.

I couldn't answer that one as I've not done. But we always remove the fans on Raptor intercooler installs. Since AMS is thicker, even if it were possible on the COBB unit, I doubt it's possible with AMS.
