Most of those happen during any oil change service.
PCM reprogrammed could be due to a TSB/update. I have stuff on my 2018 reprogrammed during almost every site visit as Ford updated the software I asked for the newest versions.
My 2018 XLT 3.5L Ecoboost had the 10 speed and it shifted like a dump truck. Just terrible. It also skipped gears all the time.
The 24 Raptor 10 speed is like a completely different transmission. You can hardly notice the shifts and it never skips gears.

Join "No Markup Fords" on facebook. Also, look around at local dealers and see what their incoming retail orders are. Tell them you're a serious buyer at MSRP. Around metro Atlanta, most everyone is asking ADM $2-10k. Within a week, nearly every dealer I called offered to sell at MSRP.
