I will keep this in mind, I have not experienced any other vibrations. Fingers crossed.

Our trucks are identical right down to the amber rigid light covers over the inside fogs. Though I replaced all the fogs with SR-M lights first.

I have the 703s with +25mm offset with my Gen 3. They sit may 1/4 out from stock non-beadlocks and do not rub at full lock (I never expected them to either).

In my brief experience (2 months of ownership) the only one to initiate a wave was a Gen3 Raptor R owner.

So I got the Tessa tape and did exactly as you mentioned today. This 100% resolved the issue. Thank you.

They have to be well below the headlight cutoff. If you see light above the headlight cutoff you are blinding ppl. I just installed the rigid SR-Ms yesterday and they definitely will create problems if they are not aimed low.
