Nevermind. You are right that 35 psi is max.

I think I was mostly dealing with an incompetent service department. Truck was a 1 owner vehicle, local, up-to-date service records, and literally not a single scratch anywhere on this thing. Skid plate was even polished. Never left the pavement as far as I can tell.

I mistyped. I have Territory MT not AT. Looks like max psi is 65.

I did drop the rear tires down to 36 psi (warm) and it did make a difference. Thanks! Still odd that it rode much better before going in for service with 38 psi cold all around. Definitely feels like a rear tire issue. I'll get it road force balanced soon and see.

Thanks. You too! I suffered lifter collapse and bent rods at 20,700 miles in a 2021 Trail Boss. Dealer replaced lifters and bent rods on the side of the failure but Chevy won't authorize warranty work on the other side till it fails. Basically give you back the keys to your ticking time...

Yep. They called me today to say their Hunter alignment rake was out of calibration. The Hunter Rep fixed their issue and the alignment is all set. I get about 5 miles on the highway from the dealership and my brand new front left IWE is grinding away. I knew I probably had a vacuum leak...

I had a bad experience not having an alignment with new tires before so it’s become a standard with me. When they first put it on the rack the left front was way out of spec so I was happy I had asked to have it checked. The dealer replaced what I think were the stock worn KO2’s with Goodyear...

Thanks. The alignment issue is separate from the rough ride situation. I asked them to do alignment because they didn't after putting on 4 new tires. The rough ride was a new symptom after they replaced IWE's and front bearings which makes no sense to me.
