I think I was mostly dealing with an incompetent service department. Truck was a 1 owner vehicle, local, up-to-date service records, and literally not a single scratch anywhere on this thing. Skid plate was even polished. Never left the pavement as far as I can tell.

I did drop the rear tires down to 36 psi (warm) and it did make a difference. Thanks! Still odd that it rode much better before going in for service with 38 psi cold all around. Definitely feels like a rear tire issue. I'll get it road force balanced soon and see.

Thanks. The alignment issue is separate from the rough ride situation. I asked them to do alignment because they didn't after putting on 4 new tires. The rough ride was a new symptom after they replaced IWE's and front bearings which makes no sense to me.

I'm in NY. Lemon laws do apply to used vehicles under certain conditions and I meet those conditions. I have 60 days and less than 3,000 miles to pursue this option. If there is an applicable law, you can always assume NY has one.
