    just took delivery of my new 2021 raptor. suspension feels like ball joints or sway bar bushings are bad. first round at the dealership said "nothing is wrong"
    second trip tech heard and felt it and is looking into it with ford technical. really hope i didnt pay $ 80K for a truck that clunks down the road. please post if anyone has ever found a solution to the noise.

    TY. I gotta say, in my almost 50 years of car buying, I never bought American made I loved the Raptor so much that I said WTF? I've been very lucky with my three Gen2s. I have a Gen3 on order. My current Gen2, a 2020, has developed a kind of dragging feeling in the front wheels at low speeds, comes and goes, but very noticeable. I'm just hoping it holds out until I trade it in.

    on my Gen2, i had a slight rubbing sound coming from the front left wheel when the truck was turning to the right around a corner. Tech service guy said the sealed bearing must have gotten some moisture in it and had some rust on some of the surfaces causing the rubbing noise.

    Bad news. my 2021 Raptor after multiple trips to dealer and 7,000 miles, Ford engineering said the noise is just part of the new suspension and NOTHING can be done to fix it. They told my dealer to just buy my truck back at the List price i paid for it. Ford has a massive problem with the new Gen 3's and the suspension. I personally think all the shocks are bad and they know they cant get any more.
