Just installed new UCA from SVC this weekend and the clearance between the UCA and the tire is pretty tight. I know in theory if it doesn't interfere now it should stay clear when in use but I wanted to post some pictures and get some feedback. Specifically wondering if this appears to be enough clearance and if not should I remedy it with dreaded wheel spacers or bite the bullet and get new wheels? Thanks for the input.

Looks to be about the same as what I have with the RPG UCA.

Originally I though that my knuckle(s) were possibly bent....put new ones on, didn't change a thing!

Thanks, it is quite a bit less than my buddy has with his RPG UCA but he has Method wheels that have more offset than my American Eagle wheels.

The AE wheels are wider than the methods.

Yes sir that was part of my concern. I was told it would be fine but the small gap has me a bit worried that off road under stress it might cause issues. Even aired down I know the tire can theoretically still stay out of the way but would prefer to identify any problems now not after shredding tires in the middle of nowhere.

with the 1.5" UCA pin on our arms its a tight fit especially with the toyos because of the beefy side lugs.. so if these have the same 1.5" upper bearings its gonna be tight and there might be some rubbing when you air down and the side walls bulge we have this problem with the 37" toyo open country M/T's on Randy's truck. it looks like you'll have just enough room but i would check your clearance at full turn on drive and reverse to be sure.

I'm sure the guys at SVC have done their research and homework thoroughly on these with all sorts of wheel and tire combos and you should be perfectly fine running these! and if you do rub i don't doubt that they will do everything they can to help remedy he situation so they can work.

What offset are you running? My RPG UCA's which are 1.5" do not scrub but are pretty tight and I'm on +18 offset and 9" wide wheels
